Randy and his team are incredible. After the tire service I received today, I don't think I will ever go to any other tire shop. They operate with honesty and integrity which is rare these days. Appreciate you guys!

I was referred to this shop by another place because of a strange grinding noise, and I was worried all weekend that something serious—like my wheel—might be about to fail. As soon as I brought it in, they took it for a test drive, quickly identified the sound, and got the car lifted right away. It turned out to be plastic rubbing, likely from hitting curbs or speed bumps. They fixed the issue on the spot with a simple zip tie to stop the noise, explained everything clearly, and referred me to another shop for further help. I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and willingness to help without crazy upselling. Highly recommend.

Radial Tire Shop has been consistently outstanding every time I’ve visited. Randy and his team are top-notch—always professional, honest, and easy to work with. The level of service they provide is excellent, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It’s hard to find a shop this reliable, but they deliver incredible service every time. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality tire work and great customer care.

Honesty, integrity, and excellence is my description for this place! A great team, a great expert at the helm. Do you want your car to be in good hands? And do you not hesitate to leave it in that workshop? Besides receiving the best price, the fairest? Ladies, do you want to understand what happens to your car? Do not hesitate and any problem, however insignificant, will help you there! Ask for specialist Miguel Ríos, in addition to an incredibly gentlemanly treatment, honest results! Besides being bilingual, an integral gentleman! Do not doubt that it is the best place.

Exceptional Service and Honest Business – Customer for Life! I can’t say enough good things about Radial Tire Service on Cottage Way in Sacramento. Randy, Tim, and Miguel are hands-down the most friendly, customer-service-oriented, fair, and honest people in the local tire industry. I’ve purchased two full sets of tires for my different vehicles there, and every interaction has been outstanding. Their pricing consistently beats the big-name stores, and the speed and quality of the tire installations are better than anywhere else I’ve used. What really sets them apart is how genuinely they care about their customers. Six months ago, I brought in my high-end sports car for a tire leak I hadn’t even purchased from them. Tim took my info, had the car worked on, patched the tire free of charge, and simply said, “When you’re ready to buy new tires, come see us.” No pressure, no upselling—just real integrity. That kind of no-strings-attached help is rare these days! It’s no surprise they have glowing reviews across the board (4.8/5 on Google with hundreds of ratings), with customers raving about the same honest service, great prices, quick work, and professional staff.
